NBA HD/ TWC Is this really HDTV??

Its now 3:30 PM Son Saturday,
I'm tuned in the NBA playoff game in HDTV on channel 513 on TWC.  It's in Widescreen and it says it's in HDTV, but it looks like crap (standard TV). Can anyone confirm they are seeing the same thing?  The NASCAR on 506 480P looks like god to NBAHD???
