Come on now, couldnt cbs splurge for 1 more camera for the football game.Would have enjoyed game even more if that damn non-hd camera wasnt there. What is wrong with them?/#@*&.Hope ABC does nice job next week, could be very interesting.

I think it was more than one.  Just about every shot from on the field was non-HD (or at least non-16x9).  The shots were brief, though, so it was difficult for me to tell if it was SD.  Didn't seem like the quality suffered that much.  But yeah, that was a little annoying.  I got over it though, I'll take that over watching the games on Fox in SD.

Actually I'm pretty sure it was just one. One thing my brother pointed out though was that it was the on-field handheld camera. Maybe after that recent NBA basketball incident RCA didn't want a target on the field with a bullseye painted on it for someone to run into. :D

Could have been.  It just seemed like there were a lot of different angles we were getting those shots from.

I can certainly understand CBS not wanting to put an expensive HD camera down on the field.  That's just asking for it.  I saw one of the Raiders defenders basically mule kick a (still) camera man on the sideline at the goal line yesterday.  Didn't see how bad the guy got hit, but it didn't look to fun.
