Does your router have QOS or other settings defining what is being rec'd.
When i went from the old TW 30M service to Spectrums 100M i had problems with my speeds also.
Turns out i needed to update the settings in my router to reflect the increased speeds. Acts like a governor  and limits your speed till you set up the new parameters.
Once i did that have been getting full 100M service!

Best Buy used to also take them charging $10 and then give you a $10 gift card, don't know if they still do. They used to have a recycling page with all the info.

I have DirecTV and haven't seen this issue. Is this just for TWC customers, DISH, TWC, DirecTV and OTA chime in.

I've had Earthlink for a couple of years now. The 15M package {it consistently tests out at around 14.5M and shows Earthlink as the ISP on speedtest.net].
It will all be transparent to you as to what network your on. TWC handles billing and service.
This is all part of the agreement TWC has with the FCC so as not to appear as a monopoly in the areas served.
My sister also has it. We're both very satisfied. The only thing you will notice is a lower bill.
P.S. to all, I still haven't seen the modem fee show up on my bill so maybe this only applies to TWC and not Earthlink.

Earthlink.net? They are an alternative available to most TWC customers.

So the main is the "CE" release ? If so just use the "trick" now to download  the "NR" version on that box.
