So, after a service call to resolve a problem with a set-top-box, I receive a phone call this evening from Time Warner's Computer chick that says;
"Hi, this is Time Warner, we are calling you for some valuable feedback information. We will call you at another time."
What the ... ?
Are there any human beings left at Time Warner Telecom making any decisions whatsoever?
They have you do a survey every time you call them.
