Reboot your DVR without power plug

Anybody know the button sequnce on the front of the 8300HDC HD DVR to reboot it?  Hard to get at the power cord behind it when it is stuffed in a cabinet.

I dont know about the HD boxes, but on the regular DVR boxes, or any of the cable boxes, if you turn it off, then turn it back on and hold the power button for about 20 seconds or so, it should reboot

found this in AV forums:  It worked.

Forced Reboot (without unplugging unit). On front of box, press/hold both VOL+ and VOL- , then press INFO.

I think holding down the power button for 20 sec does the same thing.
