I think this is a record, Ponies, for not updating the Channel Changes information, or close to it.

Ponies,

I just sent them an email asking them to do just that.  We need to find out what is going on with any channel changes.  At least if none are planned, say this at the web-page and keep customers updated!

I think they've now gotten rid of the page altogether. I can't find it on the redesigned site.

If you're referring to the "legal/regulatory notice" of channels being removed or added, here it is:

You can find it by going to TWC.com, clicking on "Terms, Conditions and Policies" at the bottom of the page, then "Programming Notices."
