Is it just me or is channel 900 empty? It used to be MTV and VH1 programming and videos? The channel and the menus are there but there isn't any shows or videos.

I knew something was up when my box was rebooted last night, the DVR compensation is gone. Anyone have any idea who to complain to about this stupid idea?

I'm not even going to attempt to talk to a telephone CSR.

Just today my cable box started logging every phone call multiple times, three or four times for each call. I didn't reboot the box yet.

Anyone else having this quirk?

Milwaukee HDTV Technical Issues / Bad Box?

I have a Cisco 8640HDC that isn't accurately displaying the DVR used percentage. I noticed it was at 66% full with just a handful of things recorded. I did a warm reboot the other day and it went down to 35%, which seemed right. I recorded some thing last night and it was up to 40%, I watched then deleted the shows and it only went down to 37%. Another warm reboot and it went down to 33%.

Any thoughts? Could it be a Navigator problem or is the box just being goofy before it dies? I haven't had any problems with the box before this started up.

I've been getting some pixellation and stuttering lately, mostly after it rained and I checked the signal going to my box:

Inband Network 1: -8.0  Dbmv 36.0 DB
Inband Network 2: -18.0 Dbmv 31.0 DB

The Inband Network 2 numbers are red which tells me something is wrong. I'm debating calling, but I predict they'll just want to swap out the box without addressing the issue. Could this be a box issue or is it more likely a signal/cable issue?

The box, Cisco 8640HDC, has been noisy lately but doesn't the box always keep spinning up?

Anyone else having an issue with the guide not updating? It's only going up to Midnight on Thursday for me.

Anyone else having an issue with the program guide not updating? Mine cuts off at Monday, Midnight. By Tuesday morning, it usually has Monday evening shows listed.
