This new flat-screen TV from Sharp offers sophisticated sound and video.

The dark-tint flat picture tube keeps distortion to a minimum while offering a sharp, clear picture with accurate color reproduction. The black level and dark screen detail are boosted to produce especially good contrast even in dark scenes. The audio system provides ten watts of total output through two stereo speakers. Sound leveling helps keep the audio at a steady level, even during commercials, while simulated surround sound, BBE sound enhancement, and separate controls for bass and treble add to the set's flexibility.

The inputs include three sets of A/V inputs (one on the front panel) and an S-video input for a DVD player or other high-quality picture sources. Channel labeling helps you keep track of where you are. The color temperature can be switched easily between three different settings.

Favorite channels can be locked into memory and accessed quickly using the remote control, simplifying your channel surfing. Parents will appreciate the presence of the V-chip for blocking programs with certain ratings, along with a view timer that can be set to turn the TV off after a preset interval of 30 minutes or a multiple thereof. The universal remote control is well laid out and can handle all the devices you will want to hook up to your 27U-F810.

This TV has less than 100 hours on it, works great, includes remote and manual. No original box and I will not ship this TV.
