I live in Franklin and my friend in Milwaukee. Since early July neither one of us is able to get the city programming channels (13,14, and 25). We would be getting different city info , but both of us have TWC and neither can get anything. Calls to the city say it's a TWC issue and we never can get to the higher TWC tech area. Any ideas? Anyone else notice this ?

Milwaukee HDTV Programming / QAM tuner

I may be asking a question in the wrong place or a very basic question, but I need to know. If I buy a TV with a QAM tuner, can avoid using any type of 'box'? I have TWC and just want to do cable directly into the TV for the newly converted digital stations. I need to keep things simple for my 86 year old mom.
