I happened to notice last night that channel 64 (weather) was back on analog cable - no "you need a DTA to view" screen. I know this was one that Alderman Bauman was concerned about its removal from the analog lineup. Anybody know what happened? I know Saturday going to Racine office to exchange a dead DTA I walked in with 47 people ahead of me.....
