I found the basic stats for this, but I'm not seeing anything that's markedly different from the DTVPal that runs $100 less at Sears.  Am I missing something?

Or you could find a used TiVo S3 or HD with lifetime for nearly the same amount.

It's simply a rebranded DTVPal DVR. Dish/Echostar are no longer selling them under their name.
