Doe TW HD-DVR have black bars?

Can anyone tell me if the new TW HD-DVR has the black bars on the non HDTV channels?

On my current HDTV box they do.
but on my current DVR box they do not have the bars.

Go into the setup. First you tell it if you have a widescreen or not. Then you tell it how to handle 4:3. You can give it the bars or stretch or zoom. It's all in the settings just like your current HD box.
