TWC Has Community Help Forums

Hey Guys,

Just a heads up that TWC has Community Help Forums for all products and services.  You will need to register with a TWC My Services Account to post at the forums.  Or if you already have a My Services account, you can sign in with that.  Techs are there to answer questions and provide support for TWC Cable TV, Internet, Phone, Mobile Service, and My Services Account questions or problems.  It's a pretty cool community:

Quite a bit more activity there since the last time I peeked in.  Seems somewhat disorganized though, could not find any way of just viewing 'unread posts' and no way of marking the forum as 'read'.   And it apparently covers all of TWC's geographic area -  Would be nice to have it more specific to SE Wisconsin.
