I noticed this week that there is some yellow latticework and what looks like a new antenna going up on the SW leg of the MPTV/American Tower Company tower on Humboldt.  

Who can tell me what they're doing and what the yellow thing is called?  Thanks.

The yellow thing is called a Gin Pole.  It used to mount things on a tower
