Channel 6 reception

Has Channel 6 changed something recently?  I have a number of clients having problems receiving the signal over the last ten days or so. Please let me know.

Perhaps not related but worth noting, as I'm on Time Warner Cable, but channel 6 (or rather HD channel 6.1) gives me nightmares.  The audio is constantly dropping, on a TV that tunes itself (no set top box), to the Time Warner feed.
