Does TWC CableCard Support 3D?

Does anyone know if TWC Cablecard and Tuning Adapter supports 3D?

KryptoNyte

From what I can tell, Danno, it does not.  3D channels appear to be 1800 (and greater perhaps?), and using Windows Media Center's channel lineup for Time Warner Digital, there are no channel offerings in the 1800 range.

LoadStar

No reason it shouldn't work. The only channels that don't work are channels that require 2-way communication, such as on-demand channels. I just checked, and the tuning adapter has channel 1800 available.

My TiVo doesn't have program listings, understandably, since I don't think the TiVo is capable of 3D.

Thanks guys.  I am doing homework since if Moxi (now owned by Ariss) does release an update to its software (well over a year now) I think it would have 3D  reception.  What peaked my interest is the US Open is being broadcast in 3D.   I assume 3D is not available over-the air?

Yes Loadstar is right, I second him by saying 1800 is supported by my tuning adaptor.

It's possible that Tivo could push through a firmware/software upgrade to allow for 3D.  My PS3 had an update not too long ago where it is now a 3D blueray player.

Of course Tivo probably won't, at least not with the Series 3 or HD Tivos, they'll want us to buy the premiere, same reason why newer servicers such as Hulu Plus are only available on the Premiere.

3D works fine on CableCARD tuners for media center PCs (Ceton InfiniTV, HDHomeRun Prime)

How do you guys achieve this if the Media Center EPG channel guide doesn't provide guide info for the 1800+ channels?
