TWC My Services/Pay Express Question?

Hey All,

I just found out that TWC has now consolidated Pay Express with My Services, at least for our Metro-Milwaukee division.  This means that you will now be able to use your My Services user-name and password for Pay Express.  I do not know if old Pay Express logins are valid.  You might want to ask TWC about this and see what they say.

I am NOT a Pay Express customer.  However, I did get a message about the services consolidation when I went to the Pay Express Center window in My Services.  If you click on that, you can view all kinds of billing information.

My question is, for customers who choose to use Pay Express, what are the sign-up screens and registration processes that are involved?  What information does TWC need for Pay Express to work for a customer's account?  Several friends are interested in this.  What has changed, now that your My Services Account and Pay-Express log in information are the same?
