HBO, TMC, Cinemax, etc

This question is for Loadstar and other Tivo (and Moxi) users.  Do you subscribe to any premium channels such as HBO?  If so, just wondering how well it works.  As discussed before, I know that on demand will not work, but how easy is it for TWC to unscramble the signal?  Does the cable card and TA give it problems?  Do you have to rerun the guided set up (if I remember that is one question it asks "Do you subscribe to any premium channels?")  I have broken down and have decided to get HBO as part of a package along with digital phone, all the while downgrading to road runner lite.

I do not, but I would imagine that it shouldn't be a problem. It's really no different than signing up for a different cable package. The CableCard takes care of all of that.
