Why is Milwaukee's CW affiliate so fail at airing syndicated programming in HD?

I don't watch The CW a lot but I have tested some of their syndicated programming. I have noticed WVTV does not air it in high definition. Does anyone know why this is? They air cropped 4:3 versions with the CW18 bars on the left and right. It's horrible.

Other networks and affiliates air this exact same programming in high definition. Chicago's CW, WGN 9, airs Two and a Half Men, identical episodes, same timeslot as Milwaukee's CW, but theirs is in HD. Law & Order SVU is other programming I've noticed. It is syndicated on MyNetworkTV 50 in Chicago and it's in high definition.

I'm sorry, but do you know one of the most basic rules of a forum? Generally before you rant about something you should check to see if there's an answer already that's been posted in the last few months to your question. And the answer happens to be here.

Also, do you have to be so hostile? Remember, the station went through a flood two months back. They're still fixing damage from that. And personally if a show like Two and a Half Men or SVU isn't in HD in syndication I don't have a problem with it for now, it's not going to ruin my world if I don't get it in crystal clear 1080i. For instance I don't care if "The Simpsons" is a little fuzzy because 20th Television doesn't send 24 new tapes; it airs, there aren't any problems, I laugh.
