Good morning,

I was just wondering if anyone has heard anything recently about where things stand with Time Warner and ESPN?  I noticed that TW's site says ESPN could go away on September 3rd if an agreement isn't reached.  If this happens, I will definitely be looking at alternatives.

Speaking of TW, last night I was watching the 5:00 Sportscenter, and a commercial came on from TW promoting a free preview of MLB baseball package.   I was curious to see when this was happening, so I kept watching.... The promo was from July 16-21.  Way to go TW, way to go.

I wouldn't worry, it's mostly posturing on both sides. Worst case, we'll lose those channels for a day like the Viacom dispute a few years ago.

I agree,

There would be far too much revenue lost for everyone if those channels were taken away.  A deal will be reached.
