I have a samsung syncmaster 2333hdtv. For some reason two channels disappeared one morning and my tv programmer can no longer find them. Channel 4-1 and 6-1, I still receive other local hd dtv channels like 12-1 and 58-1, but 4-1 and 6-1 just disappeared, and my tv no longer recognizes them or can even find them. They do not even show up in my channel list on the menu, i do not know what to do and I have never seen or heard of anyone having this problem all of a sudden. Thanks for any help

Are you using an antenna, or cable TV?  Have you tried re-scanning? Are you receiving 4-2, 4-3, and 6-2?

I had this happen with my converter box.
Rescanning would not find channel 58.
I pulled the power cord out (not just turn it off)
After letting it sit for about 4 minutes, I plugged it in, turned it back on, rescanned and all the channels showed up.
Don't know how this worked, but it did.

I too, lost 4-1 and 6-1 (and perhaps other clear QAM channels, didn't check them all) late last week.  (TV hooked directly to TWC)  A rescan brought them back.
