At around 5:55 pm on every channel.  Pixelation, not subscribed, etc.  Called but busy signal, chat all agents busy.  Meltdown?

and I better not miss the Buck vs Celtics game!!!

I'm getting the same thing!  And not just on our boxes, but the kids TV's that are analog are freezing up too.  My internet is also getting a little sketchy.

If I have to hear from my wife if Idol is missed, someone will be hearing from me. :bang:

something like this is probably getting top priority at TWC.  My guess is something at their main head end in downtown MKE went screwy.  While I don't work for TWC, I've worked for other ISPs when a major component went down.  It usually is a all-hands-on-deck sort of thing, and as soon as the problem can be resolved, it is.

If you could get through to TWC, I would imagine they would have a greeting on their phone system advising of such a outage

:OnAir: Red Alert! Red Alert! All Hands On Deck! Arm Torpedos 1 & 2!!! :Shoot:

I see it too. Getting a little better, at least we get 5 seconds of dialogue now. OTA looks fine.

Wonder if they cut a line at the Zoo Interchange construction project????

I'm in business now.  I wasn't getting pixelation.

Before, channels would take forever to bring a picture up & some wouldn't come up at all.

Although there's never a good time for this kind of thing, problems on a night where NCIS, Idol, and Lost all air would probably create even more angry customers than such a situation normally would :D

Good thing they seem to have gotten things straightened out.

We had the same thing!

It started about three hours ago and a box reboot fixed it until about 6:30pm.  All the TWC call center lines were busy.  Service was restored about 6:45 PM today.

I am seeing it today. Most of the TWC SD channels are pixelating.

The SD channel audio also seems much louder in the past week or so (compared to OTA HD channels). The OTA HD channels were always a bit quieter (I understand that is due to greater dynamic range), but recently SD channel audio is quite a bit louder. From the AVR volume, comparible audio was SD=25, OTA HD=30, now it is SD=15, OTA HD=30.

It looks like a headend problem (which, I believe, is in Waukesha).  Getting some digital freezing on analog TV's with analog signal.  Internet seems fine.  I'm not noticing the audio level issue.:stpat
