Trouble Tuning In MSNBC and Fox Biz HD

My SDV adapter has been working well with no recent needs to restart  it (blinking led).  But I have trouble getting some HD channels sometimes and get them other time with no problems (with no reboot).  Specifically, the usually notice it with MSNBC and Fox Biz HD.   Restarting the SDV adapter then the Moxi will fix this problem if I want to watch the channel right away.  Is anyone else having these problems?
