A Possible Reason Why The Viacom HD Stations Are Not Yet Avaliable

Someone will for sure put a post in my HD stations in test mode thread when video becomes available on those channels.  I think the delay might be that they are deploying the new Navigator Guide to Northern Wisconsin, and might be concerned about system overload with a new guide and new HD content at the same time.

Has anyone heard differently?  Or is this wrong, and we should be getting those stations before the end of the month?
