What are my options for getting CTV?

I would like to obtain a feed of CTV from Canada.  Is this possible?  If so how would I go about doings so.  The free to Air stuff does not seem to help?  Could I get a Canadian version of Direct TV?  Bell EspressVue seems to be the only option at $38 per month.  If anyone has some ideas other then moving to Canada please feel free to share them.

Really?  I thought you could get CTV on the C-band (1.2m dish) free to air...
