CBS 58 not showing HD?

I noticed that on Charter, shows like Ellen, Jeopardy, and Wheel of Fortune are advertised as HD in the show preview, but are not actually shown in HD. Can anyone explain why this is?

You answered your own question in the thread title! :D

These shows are offered to the affiliates in HD, however, WDJT does not yet have the ability to record shows in HD and play them back at a later time.
