Which channel will have a better quality for tonight's Packers vs. Ravens Monday Night Football game?

1301 - ESPN HD - Time Warner Digital Cable
1012 - WISN - Time Warner Digital Cable
4-1 - WISN - OTA

Is ESPN more compressed than WISN, and is WISN digital cable more compressed than OTA?

WISN is 12-1, not 4-1.

Best quality will most likely be OTA if you have good signal strength.  As far as I know TWC compresses all HD signals.

TWC doesn't compress  the local HDTV stations

WISN 12 OTA vs. ESPN on Dish Network:

As expected, the clear winner is WISN 12 OTA. I asked the wife for a second opinion and she concurred. There's also about a 4 second delay with satellite, which is normal. I'm not sure about any delay with cable.

I am not in the MIL local area, but have noticed a big difference between OTA and cable or sat (DN). 1080I is not the same, compression ruins the signal quality and it really shows when there is a reference point. In HOUSTON, there is a major difference between the quality of the local ABC and CBS/FOX/NBC affiliates......ABC at 720P and the rest at 1080i is very noticeable on OTA

Isn't FOX 720P as well?
