OTA Milwaukee Stations

I am preping the Tivo for OTA and did a channel scan.  It found the digital channels of everything, 4, 6, 10, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 41, 55, 58 and 63.  My question is on subchannels.  It found 41-2 through 41-7, 49-2 through 49-7, 58-5, and 63-2 through 63-7.  The signal either comes in right in the middle or really well, I believe almost 100% for the 49 channels.  Currently there is either a black screen or the color bars.  Does anyone know what theses will be for?

I wish I knew what they were for as well. It gets darn right irritating when channel surfing having to pass all of those dead channels on 41, 49, & 63. There should be a law against having dead "placeholder" channels for such an extended period of time, color bars or not! I end up editing my channel list to delete them. Whenever they get around to airing something on them I'll never know since they're deleted. :bang:
