Time Warner Clear QAM 10-36 missing

My neighbor has suddenly lost MPTV 10-1 & 36-1 thru 36-8 audio & video on Time Warner Clear QAM.  All other Clear QAM and analog are normal.

Her TV is automatically receiving the channel info for all of the MPTV channels when scanning ("10-1 MPTV-HD" etc.).  So when tuning to those channels, she sees the proper channel number and channel name, but a blue screen and no audio.

We both have the same "Basic" cable plan and mine is working fine.
I can't see if the traps on the aerial splitter are the same, but they are right next to each other in those plastic sheaths.
She had a guy out from Time Warner who told her she'd only get those in digital if she got a digital converter, so besides being unable to find her house with the address and a GPS unit, he seemed clueless about Clear QAM as well.  He did not check on the pole, he just ran auto scan on the TV and got the same result I did.

I tried a factory reset and re-scan but got the same results.

Does anybody know what RF channels Time Warner is using for Clear QAM channels?  Any other ideas?

Found this but I don't see a date on it.  It lists MPTV Kids, so it must be old.  The 10-36 channels are all over the place if I am reading it right.

My TV tells me 10.1 and 36.1 - 36.8 are all on channel 84.  I believe all of the other stations are somewhere between channel 83 and 90.

Thanks.  So based on http://www.jneuhaus.com/fccindex/cablech.html these should be the frequencies, assuming HRC and IRC aren't used:

83-577.25
84-583.25
85-589.25
86-595.25
87-601.25
88-607.25
89-613.25
90-619.25
91-625.25

They haven't shuffled them within the past week or I would have had to re-scan at my house.

Possible causes:
1.  TV tuner problem
2.  Trap added (Seems unlikely ... why would they notch those specific frequencies?)
3.  Problem with physical cable (Again seems unlikely it would affect just these channels)

What kinds of problems do digital TV tuners have that keep them from receiving just a couple of channels?

The problem is with the TV Tuner.  The tuner on my DVD recorder receives all channels fine at her house.

But I'd still like to get my hands on an accurate list of Time Warner's clear QAM frequencies.

This seems to be an accurate listing of the physical channel numbers:
http://www.silicondust.com/hdhomerun/lineup_web/US:53089#lineup_1487596

Here's what my TV lists for the frequencies in kHz:
83 (4.1-4.3, 6.1-6.2) - 579000
84 (10.1, 36.1-36.8) - 585000
85 (12.1, 58.1-58.4) - 591000
90 (18.1, 24.1) - 621000

Although unlikely since it's only one channel, it might still be a signal issue.  Some tuners are more sensitive than others.  Awhile ago I had both my living room TV (Sharp) and bedroom TV (Sony) hooked up for QAM, and the living room TV had troubles with 12.1.  The bedroom TV had no problems at all.

It would probably be worth it to get another TWC tech out there... one that's smart enough to check the signal strength at that TV.  If needed, they can put an amp in or change the connectors on the cable.

Thanks, very nice table there, and I like the "sort by" options.

You can see where I am going with this:
If 10-36 digital are on Cable Hyperband 84 at 585 MHz, that just happens to be the same spectrum as OTA 33, which is WITI-DT, and we are 0.6 mile from their tower, which is visible out the window behind the TV.

Questions:
Is it plausible that there is enough ingress from the WITI transmitter, either directly to the TV, or to the cable system, to confuse the TV tuner just enough to allow PSIP data to be processed properly, but not the program audio and video?

Are PSIP and the actual program handled by different processors within the TV?

Should we try a tinfoil hat on this TV?  I can't believe I am seriously suggesting that, but it would be cheap and relatively easy.  :)
