Anyone else experiencing this.   I have been having this problem since yesterday on HD channels on my Moxi and SA8300HDC....

Rick_EE

We have see a lot on all channels.  It was worst Friday night.

Seen it on all my HD channels. The picture also freezes for a half a second to.

We've been noticing it on a lot of HD channels as well, but TBS is especially hideous tonight.  I'm assuming it's bugs from all the recent HD adds as hard reboots have not helped at all. :(

I was also experiencing pixelation and audio dropouts last night on TLC HD but later when watching CBS 58 that channel seemed fine, hopefully it will get better.

It was pretty bad for me on Sunday. I noticed it more on TBS, TNT & USA. Glad to hear it wasn't just my connection. I've had some audio dropouts on some DVR'ed stuff for a little while, too, but I don't know if it's related. Seems to be better today. I haven't noticed any pixelization or dropouts like yesterday.
Also, I assume that having channels that are sometimes listed as "unavailable" is pretty common, too, right?

Brendan

Looks like it's still going on for me. Not as bad as Sunday, but it's still happening.

Still breaking up for me on USA HD.

My signal levels are as follows from holding down (info) and (volume+) on the front of 8300HDC.

QAM 9db (Green) SNR - 36
FDC - 0db (Green) SNR - 31.4
RDC - 48db

Are those numbers good and is it still just something on time warners end?

Brendan

I was wondering about signal strength too. From what I read, these type of problems  are commonly associated with signal strength.
But I think if your signals are in the "green" range, you're ok.
Here's mine for my SA 8300HD (all are green):
QAM: Power Level -6 dbmV, SNR 36 db
2nd QAM: Power Level 1 dbmV, SNR 36db
RDC Power Level: 42 dbmV

Yeah I think they must be ok levels if there green and it must be on time warners end because i haven't had any more dropouts for a couple hours so far.
