Fox HD (506) on Time Warner Cable

I noticed at my apartment, and now at home, that their feed seems to skip a lot both in baseball and football, when there's live fast paced motion.  Does anyone else notice this?

I noticed it today.  The games were almost un-watchable.

Yes, 506 looked very "stuttery" - even the scroll at the bottom of the screen wasn't smooth.  Football games on the other channels looked great.

I wonder if Fox was having some National/Regional technical issues. I watched pregame at my parent's house, D* ch. 47 WMSN Madison, and the audio was way out of sync for most of it & there were a couple pic hiccups as well. (The Red Zone Channel was awesome though)
