Local Channel Questions/Problems - D*TV

I have DirecTV and an antenna that I have been using for local HD stations (4-1, 6-1, etc.)

In the past, when recording on 18-1 and 24-1, I could get the shows in HD.  Now (since the digital conversion I believe), these stations, along with a few other -1 locals are not available through the DirecTV Guide.  When I go to those stations, there is no signal.  I can get these stations without putting the -1 (18, 24, etc) but they are not in HD.

Are these still available in HD and how can I get this fixed?  Is there a setting I need to change on my receiver?

You might have to run the antenna setup again so that the receiver knows where to map the channels.  Some of the channels changed their physical frequencies after the digital conversion.  I know for sure 18 did.
