What is going on here, WBME has applied for License to Cover with 500 kW at 984 feet and I still can't receive this station over the air.

Has this station really increased power?

On channel 48, some UHF antenna struggle. That's because many have their best receive from like channels 16-40-ish. It could also be multipath or a number of other things. But yep, they're at 500 kw.

Strange, I can receive all of the other full power Milwaukee stations, including low power WYTU without any problems.

My guess is since they're a technically a Racine station, they're still transmitting mostly southward?

EDIT: Nevermind, I see the updated contour map now.
