FSN WI on DirecTV gone

Am I the only one who is currently missing channel 669?  It is not even possible to tune to that channel, it doesn't exist according to my HR21.  Usually it exists at least although there is no content.

However, 669-1, the HD version, does exist.

I have both this A.M. No content but 669 and 669.1 are both there.

On a side topic, is anyone getting 18.1 OTA on their AM-21? I reset the tuner on Fri. And again on Sat. and still just get searching for signal. I'll try again tomorrow and contact DTV if it still doesn't work.

I did an "initial setup" for the OTA tuner on both my HR20 and HR21 Saturday night and 18-1 is now mapped right and working!

I had to fuss with settings.  The HR21 and AM21 (OTA) both found 18 and 18.1 pretty easily, but my H20s each behaved differently.  I finally got them all to work, though.

There is something dumb, however.  CH 10.1 is the ONLY Milwaukee area channel that is on an old VHS slot (old channel .  All the other Milw. digital channels are UHF.  So, of course, there are special antenna issues.  Wouldn't you think that the powers that be would put an entire metro area on UHF, and save the VHF stuff for smaller markets?  Really dense.

It's on tonight.  I've been watching the HD feed but I just checked and 669 is there.

669-1 just disappeared mid-inning from D* and was replaced by the D* logo. 669 is still showing the game, though.

What happened to FSNWI going full time on DirecTV in february?  This part time channel stuff is annoying, because it relies on some intern sitting in an office to flip a switch for games!  They mess things up quite often.

I don't really care if they go full time on DirecTV or not.  The shows other than games can all be seen on one of the many other FSN channels.  And they aren't that interesting anyway, Best Damn Sports Show, some poker tournaments, lots of infomercials.
