Hitachi Service: BJTV or Bonded TV?

I was just recommended by Hitachi customer support that I need to have one of their Authorized Service Providers, either BJTV or  Bonded TV.  Does anyone have any experience, recommendations, opinions they've heard through the grapevine on these two?
