It looks like Time Warner is abandoning analog 74 & 75 (http://www.timewarnercable.com/Wisconsin/learn/programming/legalnotices/legalnoticeSE.html) which occupy 523-535 MHz.

Does anybody have an unofficial list showing how TW is allocating spectrum outside of the obvious analog channels from 2 - 73?  (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_American_cable_television_frequencies)

What are they going to do with 74 & 75?

Not sure,

Originally I was thinking they might be making room for NFL Network if TWC can make a deal like the NFL has done with Comcast.  But the early indications are that if such a deal is made, it will be on a digital tier. (Channel 100+)

Channel 75 where I live in Brookfield, is still a duplicate of HSN, the channel's original location.  Channel 95 is also HSN with a slightly fuzzier picture and lower sound.  Channel 74, which used to be WE is now a blank screen with a message in the guide that We is now on channel 26.

Unrelated, the Spanish Package channel Azteca shows up duplicated on channel 577 and 807.  I think that the engineers messed up in accidentally putting the Northern Wisconsin feed on the Southern/Metro Wisconsin line-up.  Azteca (I think) is supposed to be 807 in South/Metro Wisconsin areas and on 577 in Northern Wisconsin areas.  The engineers should check this.
