Reading all of the comments about Charter and their HD service in Milwaukee, I gotta ask:

How can customers be adversely impacted when the customers have already been adversely impacted?

Adversely impacted as in the obvious question: "Will we lose our TV service?"

Yeah the HD content isn't optimal (that's why I don't have Charter in Jackson), but what if they just completely went away completely? Tomorrow?

They're not and that's good news for a lot of people.
