This is the confusing part ... I had MLB SD (122) working.  The tech turned on all services when my tuning adapter was installed for my tivo.  Since then the additional services have been removed, and I have lost MLB SD (122) and MLB HD (583) is not available.  Customer Service at Mayfair Mall  said that MLB HD is not ready for yet for cablecard customers and I should be just keep watching for it to work.  Translation - not sure what to do.

From the sounds of it I should be getting the channels.
