Why can't I tune in Channel 7 (WMKE)

Channel 7 looks to have some great shows.  The TVFool graph shows me that it's located at 167deg from North while I'm aimed at around 80deg.

I've got a Winegard 7694P antenna mounted in the attic and aimed with a compass.  It seems to get all of the other channels really well.

Anybody in the Milwaukee area receiving the channel and what is required to do so?

Thanks.

Since its on channel 7 it is low power 3KWaccording to FCC data and directional antenna NW. I dont even see them here in Glendale and my antenna on the roof is pointed almost right at them.

I don't even see WMKE listed on the TVFOOL page that was posted.  The only Ch. 7 shown there is in Chicago.

I believe WMKE is in the Marc Plaza hotel, at about the 12th floor.  It used to be on Ch. 8, but needed to change in about 2000, when Ch. 10 turned their digital Ch. 8 on.  I think their antenna is about 580 ft. above ground, and is directional to the northwest.  Signals ought to be good to the west, and to the north, but no signal is directed to the south, east, or southwest.

I am 12 miles almost due north and only get a weak signal with lots of noise from them.  All I ever see are music videos, so I don't watch them here.

I also think the Ch. 8 digital signal overpowers their signal, and that is what is causing the noise I see in the picture.
