Just a FYI on the Sat. C Kit from GlobelMart...They are running on about a two week backlog. I talked to a CSR yesterday, and he said that they hope to have some more in in about a week to two.
They DID charge my credit card though (that's why I was calling). The CSR did offer an apology and removed the errant charge.
The more I think about it though, I really do not have a whole lot of interest in SHO-HD so I am in no rush on the "C" kit.

Okay anyone wanting to get Showtime HD it took me 4 calls to Directv.....make sure you tell the rep. that there is a separate item on their screen to authorize Showtime HD it is not authorized by programming up the Showtime package.  Boy talk about a mess, nobody knew what was going on and tech support told me my receiver was bad.  Even though I told him that I had great signals on transponders 8, 10 and 12 on that bird.  The guy who finally turned it on only took about 30 seconds into the phone call to fix it......spent 10 to 20 minutes with all the useless reps.
Finally...now I'll wait for June when maybe they'll add the new Discovery HD channel.

Well Matt I've got mine...but when I went up the tower to put it in...I didn't even need the splitter and cables they sent with it.  My Terks dish has a mount that the LNB's just plug in and lock and the sockets are part of the LNB switch.  So I can have 4 receivers on those 3 lnbs.  If it is just a standard LNB, which I presume it is, than if you want I have a spare LNB plus the new cables and splitter if you want them.  Cheaper than they charge, I'll give them to you for free.

Gregg,
I think that the LNB is a special one specifically for the 110 sat. I've read quite a bit about it on AVS Forum, and people could not get it to work with a regular LNB.
Thanks for the offer though. Believe it or not, I have two new satellite dishes and like 3 single LNB's sitting in my basement. Some friends of mine gave me their equipment when they moved, and I have all the old sat. stuff from my transition to the oval dish. If anyone want this junk let me know. Its free. I can't just throw this stuff away ya know....
