WCGV to convert on 2/17; what about WVTV?

I was checking to see which stations were still going to stick to 2/17 after the vote to delay the transition, and according to This email from a Sinclair exec, WCGV is gone from analog on February 17; however there's no mention of WVTV in the article I linked to. I thought that WVTV-DT had to be off Channel 61 by that day, so is the analog turn-off/digital move to 18 still on, or is there going to be some odd arrangment until June where WCGV-DT will host both WCGV-DT and WVTV-DT?

I do have an email out to them wondering what will happen and I'll post the response if I get it back before a response here.
