DT power/height increases status

Does anyone know if the following has taken effect yet?  If not yet, when?

1. WITI-DT's request to move antenna up to 367m HAAT
2. WCGV-DT's request to increase power to 625kW
3. WISN-DT's request to increase power to 863 kW

Also, will WTMJ be moving their antenna up to 305m, the height of the current analog signal antenna?  I don't see an app in the FCC database. It looks like the digital antenna is a good 30m below that now and height makes all the difference at UHF.
