Latest TWC Mystro/Navigator - Series Not Recording

My SA8300HD (not my SA8300HDC) got the new Mystro with the Yellow Selection Box.  Well, I had to re-schedule most of my series because they were listed in the manager most wouldn't record.  This happened too I think going from Passport to Mystro.  Why can't TWC do better?

Interesting.  It was pretty well known that if a show was not in the program guide during the Passport to Navigator change, the series recording would drop.  I know it happened to me with several shows.  But when I got the new 2.4.4-15 a week or two ago, I didn't loose anything.  I even had shows in there that were no where to be found in the channel guide.  To the best of my knowledge, your the first to report this.
