1900 channels

Does any1 know why the TWC lineup duplicates a lot of its channels in the 1900 range. They both appear to broadcast the same program at the same time so why the duplication??

Those are the "family tier" of channels. You're right, they're a duplicate of channels normally found elsewhere, but they group them all together for those who subscribe to the family tier.
