ATT dsl without phone?

Anyone aroung here getting att dsl without using them for phone service? The on-line deal won't tell me for my number and havn't called to see yet. Just wondering how easy/hard it is to do (dealing with them and all). I use att for phone and dsl now, but don't really need the phone (about 8 calls a month with that line).

Bandwidth wise, RR is a better deal. Well, at least I know I can get naked DSL when ever RR decided to cap their access.

I didn't even know this was available.  We can't get RR here in West Bend, so we have DSL.  We never use our landline anymore since D* sends updates right from the dish now.  It looks like we will save $5 month by dropping the home phone service and keeping our data plan the same.
