I have begun thinking of moving my PS3 to another room, therefore activating Netflix on the PS3 in addition to my series 3.  If I activate my netflix on PS3, that won't affect netflix already on Tivo will it?  And if two people want to watch netflix at once on the Tivo and PS3, will they be able to watch different things at there choosing?

This is from their FAQ page:

QuoteSome membership plans allow you to watch simultaneously on more than one personal computer or Netflix-ready device. If you are on the 1-disc-out-at-a-time plan, you may watch only one device at a time. If you are on the 2-discs-out-at-a-time plan, you may watch on up to two devices at a time. Members on the 3-disc plan can watch on up to three devices. The maximum is four devices -- available for members on the 4-or-greater-discs-out-at-a-time plan.

Your account can have up to six unique authorized devices activated (and associated with it) at any given time, including personal computers and Netflix-ready devices. For example, if you're on the 1-disc plan, you can have up to six devices associated with your account, but you can only watch one of them at a time. If you're on the 2-disc plan, you can have up to six devices activated but can only watch two of them at the same time.

I saw that too, but, in my case at least, the FAQ is wrong.

We have the one-disc-at-a-time plan, and two identical Samsung BluRay players with Netflix, and I can get two Netflix streaming movies simultaneously.

In fact there have been many times when somebody's been downstairs streaming one thing and upstairs somebody is streaming something else.

I just verified it again now.  I haven't tried simultaneous viewing with the Wii, however.

Maybe somebody else could try it and see what happens.

I just tried it on my Samsung Blu-Ray player, PS3 and iPod Touch at the same time and it worked for me.  I also have the one disc at a time plan.

Thanks for the info.  I have the one DVD out at a time plan, but yea I think streaming is considered unlimited.

I can confirm the same; was able to watch three streams at the same time on my iPhone, PS3 and Windows Media Center. Of course the usual worry is you may get a quality downgrade in one video device to compensate for using two at the same time.

Yes I have heard the same thing about bandwidth can do that when a lot is being used.  Time Warner Cable says that to get HD streaming you need a minimum of 7 megs.  A friend of mine explained how that more or less is true, but having 2 megs, I purposely streamed some HD movies to test that and I find that 2 megs works just fine.

So you are saying the on-screen indicator (during initial buffering) shows the "HD" icon?

I could never get the "HD" icon to come up on my 2.5 Mbps DSL, but it happens all the time with the 5.5 Mbps DSL.
