Lost HD Channels w/TWC

:bang: Hi everyone,   :bang:

wanted to see if anyone else has have this happen.  Sometime last night, all of the HD channels that they added in the last batch come up as unavailable and to hit A to retry again.  

Prior to calling TWC, I rebooted both of my boxes twice.  This morning I finally called and they sent a signal to "fix" it, which only rebooted the box.   That did not work either, so they are sending a technician out tomorrow to look at it.

I live in Waukesha.
