Has TWC changed a bunch of assignments?

I use the TW cable straight in.  No box.  I was getting MPTV-HD on 116-1 and now it is gone.  Anybody know where it is?  Also, it seems they moved all the oddball numbers to be more rational.  ie; 12 is 12-1, etc.  so that's OK, but where is digital channel 10 ?

It seems TWC did some sort of re-mapping.  MPTV-HD is on 10-1, just as it is OTA.  And, the MPTV 36 stations are all the same on the cable as on the rabbit ears.

This is logical, so no complaint.
