TWC HD additions by end of next month

Heh .. I was dilligently looking for these channels:

1817 - ABC Family HD
1819 - Disney Channel HD
1826 - Golf/Versus HD
1829 - ESPNEWS HD

NO LUCK.  But.. turns out, they are all live in the 500s:  517/519/526/529.

Milwaukee TWC, btw.

I'm amazed that TWC rolls out these channels with ZERO fan-fare.

Here is where I believe all of Kenosha stands regarding the new HD additions.

1. Food Network HD on Channel 515,
2. Palladia (MTV) on Channel 523,
3. Discovery HD on Channel 538,
4. TLC HD on Channel 540,
5. Animal Planet HD on Channel 543.
6. ABC Family HD will be located on Channel 517,
7. Disney HD on Channel 519,
8. Golf/Versus HD on Channel 526,
9. ESPN News HD on Channel 529,

NOT AVAILABLE
10. Science HD on Channel 520,
11. Fox News HD on Channel 522,
12. CNN HD on Channel 544,
13. Hallmark Movie Channel on Channel 546.

The final four are listed in the 1800's, but are blocked out. I believe that these channels will be rolling out shortly.

I like the new channels but TLCHD only works about half the time I tune to it & HGTVHD almost never works now.

Last channels are available in the 1800's. Looks like TWC is coming through. Now all we need is all of the other available HD channels.

They're now in the 500s in Sussex.  I must have last tuned to 1822 before watching a recorded show.  In the middle of the playback, it stopped and told me 'Service no longer available' for Fox News HD.  It was on 522 then.

It seemed as if as soon as I put that message on here that TWC launched the channels live in the 500s. Maybe they are paying attention to our demands and rants.

Same here in Kenosha/Pleasant Prairie, too, all of them are up and running in the 500's...good job, TWC!

Now for Sci-Fi HD?
Of course, but we will have to wait with the rest of the TWC locations without it, including USAHD.
However, NBC/Universal contract negotiations have been going very slowly.
TWC is the last holdout as Directv, Dish, Cox Cable, Comcast and U-Verse has had this HD channel for some time now.

Now, show me these stations in HD, and I'll stop complaining about TWC:

- FX
- AMC
- Bravo
- G4
- Spike

That's really all I need, beyond what they already offer.
