well this is certainly an interesting thread.

As far as timing I would like to point out that while WCGV-TV has an extension approved until 5/1/2003, WVTV's extension has not been approved. It also would seem that if they are in the final stages of getting things up that the FCC would not approve an extension for any length of time other than a month or two maybe. Just my thoughts. You can see the approvals and whatnot here. Just use the call signs WCGV-TV and WVTV.
